Medical Botox Injections

To best treat this condition, you will require a prescription from either your family doctor or dentist.  Upon filling the prescription, all clients will be required to pay a $250 injection fee.  We do not direct bill through insurance so you can ask for a full print-out of that invoice to attempt to submit on behalf of yourself.  

*If you cannot obtain a medical prescription, we do inject medically necessary areas, such as a TMJ/migraine at a discounted rate.

Just like treating for TMJ, migraine injections will require a prescription from your doctor.  We do follow the neurologist protocol for migraine injections and it will require a 200 unit prescription.

Excessive sweating, known as hyperhydrosis can be treated and covered by the Botox Access Program.   This program liaisons between your insurance company and you to help you get coverage for your hyperhidrosis treatments. You must have third party insurance and a valid credit card to apply for this option. The only cost paid by you at the clinic would be the injector fee.  Contact us for more information.
